At TOP TEN, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned sports equipment and apparel must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your TOP TEN account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding for equipment is included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
